On March 24, 2024, Herceg Novi marked the 25th anniversary of the start of the illegal NATO aggression against FR Yugoslavia, which represents a precedent for endangering the order established by the UN Charter. We should never forget that peace, which is still on very fragile foundations in the world today, depends on respect for international law.

In the morning hours, after the morning liturgies in the church of "St. Archdeacon Stefan" in Sušćepan - organized by the church board of Sušćepan, NGOs "Srpski soko" and "Kola serbski sestara" and in the church of "St. Archangel Michael at Belavista priesthood of the church municipality of Topaljsko-Hercegnovska served a commemoration for all the victims of NATO aggression FR Yugoslavia.

In the evening hours in the "Park" hall, the "Association of Military Pensioners" from Herceg Novi and the "Society of Serbian-Russian Friendship for Herceg Novi and Boka" marked the 25th anniversary of the beginning of the NATO aggression against FR Yugoslavia with an appropriate program called "Let's not forget". The audience in the "Park" hall could watch the documentary film "Let's not forget", dedicated to the victims of the aggression that lasted from March 24 to June 10, 1999 on the territory of the then FR Yugoslavia, and in the foyer of the hall there was an exhibition of photographs of the consequences NATO aggression.
